the main repo for developemt fo stackalytics is https://opendev.org/x/stackalytics
https://www.stackalytics.io is a seperate instance that was hostsed when https://www.stackalytics.com stoped updating and is not maintained by the openstack foundation infra team.
the person that runs it is on this list and contribues upstream so hopefully they will see this and can help
