Following that link it seems like there is no blueprint for removing
eventlet from oslo.service, so does the spec itself (with the proposed
milestones) represent the current plan?

Separately, is there somewhere that shows the progress on the threading
backend for oslo.service? I see it exists, are there any limitations on
the current implementation?
