As usually after Milestone-2, the release management team prepared the next release cycle schedule plan.

Please (especially PTLs) have a look at the proposed 2024.2 Dalmatian release schedule  [1] (<- this is the latest generated version of the schedule) and comment on the patch [2] if you have any thoughts.
