[tripleo] retiring ansible-role-k8s-* repos

FYI, We're retiring the following repos that were used during the initial investigation of k8s + tripleo. openstack/ansible-role-k8s-cinder openstack/ansible-role-k8s-cookiecutter openstack/ansible-role-k8s-glance openstack/ansible-role-k8s-keystone openstack/ansible-role-k8s-mariadb openstack/ansible-role-k8s-rabbitmq openstack/ansible-role-k8s-tripleo Please let me know if there are any objections. We're shooting for the end of this week (by May 24th) depending on patch merging. Thanks, -Alex
