I would like to propose Luis Tomas Bolivar (ltomasbo) as a core reviewer to the ovn-octavia-provider project.

Luis is very active in the project (see [1] and [2]) and has experience with Kuryr side also which uses ovn-octavia-provider.

As ovn-octavia-provider is a link between Neutron and Octavia I ask both Neutron and Octavia cores to vote by answering to this thread, to have a final decision.
