Sorry for the slow reply. I've asked if someone will fix, but no one can do that because most of us were joined in tacker team and not so understand well for the features. In addition, we haven't focused on such a legacy features including NS or mistral support anymore, but ETSI-NFV support recently. Could you consider to use later version of tacker instead?
