[user committee] Survey tool research

Hi everyone! As Kolla project, we are looking for a survey tool to get feedback from our users. We are now on the comparison stage of some popular tools and would like to ask what user committee uses for the user surveys. The current tool seems hard coded to website but I would like to ask if it could be used for a custom survey. Best regards, Dincer
