I'd like to address massive oversight from my side regarding Telemetry core by adding Takashi Kajinami to the group. Honestly based on all his involvement in the various Telemetry projects I just assumed he was in the core group already and I was pretty shocked that was not the case.

I've already talked with him and would like to add him ASAP. As in by the end of the week, so if anyone has objections, please raise them now.
