I am new to OpenStack. I would like to contribute to the OpenStack Neutron project. However, when I read the OpenStack contribution documentation, I find it difficult to begin. Could anyone please help me get started? I have doubts about how to set up a development environment and if there are any places other than chat available for discussion.
