Yes, I see centos-8-stream images ready for testing.

Oh sorry, I was looking at the wrong date, we added it in October.
We also have package mirroring set up as best as I can tell
(centos/8-stream on our mirror sites).

BTW, we need to merge https://review.opendev.org/c/zuul/zuul-jobs/+/770815 to get the proper 8-stream repos configured by configure-mirrors role
