[Glance] Extending Specs Freeze Deadline by 2 weeks

Hello All,

As discussed in last glance meeting [1] we are extending the glance specs freeze deadline by 2 weeks due to unavailability of core members and less review bandwidth because of year end holidays.

Current Spec Freeze date (for Glance) : 5th Jan 2023 New Spec Freeze date (for Glance) : 19th Jan 2023

Please make sure your specs are updated before the new deadline.
