Hi,
Openstack is usually open to re-open projects like networking-onos if there are people/organizations who maintain them.
If you can't maintain it as an official Openstack project with all the CI and maintenance cost, as an alternative
solution you still can ask the community to move networking-onos unde the x/ namespace (see [1]), and you
can maintain it there with a loose relationship towards Openstack and other Networking projects.
