I want to configure cinder to store Volumes on the Compute nodes. I know I should use the InstanceLocalityFilter. Suppose we have one Controller and two Compute node, should I install the Cinder on each node (Controller and Compute)?

I will be appreciated if you suggest me any instruction about this.
