I'd like to encourage each project to take a moment to move these forward, or abandon them if these are unnecessary.

I'm trying to list up all projects affected but I might be missing some of them. So please check the above query to find anything maintained by your project.

I've taken care of 2 outstanding patches, let me know if I missed anything.
