[RelMgmt] Moving release team meeting for the week of Sept 23

Hey everyone, Due to travel conflicts next week, rather than cancelling the weekly meeting during the RC week we will be moving it to Friday at 15:00 UTC. This is a one time change of the meeting time. Afterwards we will return to our normal schedule of Thursday, 16:00 UTC. Let me know if there are any questions or concerns. Sean
