the only commercial company that i specifically know of that provided commercial support for keobey and kolla-ansible is https://www.stackhpc.com/ they are based in the UK. but even if they are not directly able to help you long term they are very much involved in the upstream community and may be able to help with training or help you better understand the current deployment and how to build knowledge in your it team.
