[neutron] CI meeting 24.01.2023 cancelled

Due to overlapping internal meeting this week I will not be able to chair neutron ci meeting. There is nothing critical to discuss there so with Rodolfo we decided to cancel that meeting this week. See You all on the CI meeting next week.
