Live migration support was added to the vCenter driver in Stein, and
it's going to show up in the prelude section of the Stein release notes,
but I see that the vmware 3rd party CI is not running live migration
tests [1] which is quite unfortunate. Is this a temporary issue? I
remember when the feature change was merged the 3rd party CI was running
live migration tests.
