[nova]Migrating instances with anti-affinity rules causes them to enter ERROR state

Hello, I have two instances of an anti-affinity rule. When I move instance a to the host which contains instance b then instance a enters error state. It will be nice if we keep instances at source compute and notify. My env: Openstack 2025.1 Ubuntu 24.04 Nguyen Huu Khoi
