Hi Ghanshyam

Thanks for your email. This is the first time I will release something big like a project in Openstack.

According to [1], I think I have to:
- create a branch 2024.2 from master
- write release note

Is that correct?

Hi Hoai,

Thanks for fixing the gate and your effort to make this project Active.

If all looks good and you would like to release the Monasca in this cycle then you
need to propose it move to Active before m-2 (Jul 01 - Jul 05 R-13 Dalmatian-2
milestone)

If it is still not ready to be Active by Dalmatian m-2 then either you need to discuss TC
to approve more time.
