Hi, As you know, the listed projects in subject/etherpad[1] are leaderless for 2024.1 development cycle. We have PTL volunteer for all those projects now. As next step, I would like to request each volunteer to propose the governance change for their PTL appointment and TC will be discussing the same on gerrit/PTG.
