[glance] Weekly meeting moving to OFTC from this week

Hello Everyone, Everyone is aware that OpenStack IRC has moved from freenode to OFTC during the past weekend. So henceforward our weekly team meeting will be at OFTC network, on the same channel (#openstack-meeting) as it was previously at Freenode.
