[manila] Cancelling Apr 10th and Apr 17th weekly meetings

Hello, As traditionally done around the PTG time frame, we are cancelling the Manila upstream weekly meeting for the PTG week and the week after. We will get back to our weekly meetings on Apr 24th. Wishing everyone a very productive PTG! Regards, carloss
