The Interop Working Group is not an OpenStack Project Team so it would have no PTL (Project Team Lead). It's formed as a committee of the Open Infrastructure Foundation Board of Directors, so could presumably have a Committee Chair? But regardless it wouldn't be documented where OpenStack lists its official project teams because it isn't one. There was at one time a RefStack project team, but it was dissolved when https://review.openstack.org/590179 merged in August 2018, and its repositories were put in the care of the Interop WG at that time.
Yeah, its 'Chair' and 'co-chair' terms are used for interop WG leaders. Having listed that in the section called 'Current Chair (Co-Chair)' on the wiki page should be enough. -gmann
