Just a note for the future cores in tripleo-upgrades.

They should be added to tripleo-upgrade-core group and not tripleo-core:

I moved Sergii and Jesse to the right groups ;-)

Also a friendly reminder that if you're promoted to core of a specific area of TripleO, we trust you that you'll use the +2 where it's appropriate.
