Re: [release][ptl] Delays on releasing RC requests

We think (fingers crossed) that we have all the stars aligned where that should be merging in about an hour or so. Once it does, we should be able to recheck any existing release requests that have failing doc jobs and get those processed.

All necessary patches have landed and I've confirmed things are working with releases now. I've done a few rechecks and have started process RC requests. Just let me know if you see anything that does not look right. Thanks, Sean
