As Jay said, we don't have typical roadmap. We have opened RFEs [1] but not all of them actually have owners who are currently working on it.

From other things, You can check opened specs [2] to see what specs for new features are currently proposed and are being discussed.

You can also check our vPTG etherpad [3] to see notes from our discussion during last vPTG.

If You have questions about any specific feature/RFE, You can always reach out to our team on IRC on #openstack-neutron channel or simply ask in the openstack-discuss ML.
