Maybe you meant OpenInfra (the foundation)? Given the OpenDev Collaboratory's strong stance in favor of purely free/libre open source developer tools, OpenDev partnering with a proprietary software vendor in order to get developers gratis access to closed-source tools would definitely send the wrong signal. -- Jeremy Stanley
