Yes -- according to: https://releases.openstack.org/stein/schedule.html#final-rcs-and-intermediar... You have "the week of 1 April 2019" to do your final RCs. April 4th is much better as a deadline than April 5th (which is a Friday). -- Thierry Carrez (ttx)
