[nova][ptg] Etherpad for next April vPTG

Hi folks, As a reminder, we'll have another round of nova sessions at the PTG. You'll find all the connection details and the timeslots in the etherpad but you'll also have the opportunity to chime on the discussions by providing your own subjects in the etherpad.
