[masakari] Meetings

Hello Fellow cloud-HA-seekers, I wanted to attend Masakari meetings but I found the current schedule unfit. Is there a chance to change the schedule? The day is fine but a shift by +3 hours would be nice. Anyhow, I wanted to discuss [1].
