Hi, I've did some reorganization on the PTG etherpad [1] and assigned time slots for different discussions. Please check the etherpad and let me know any issues with timing or organization of the topics. Hi,
The PTG is two weeks from now. So I would like to encourage you to look at the PTG etherpad [0]. If you have topics for the PTG then please start discussing them now on the ML or in a spec. (See the threads [1][2][3][4][5] I have already started) Such preparation is needed as we will only have limited time to conclude the topics during the PTG.
Cheers, gibi

Hi,
Based on the doodle I've booked the following slots for Nova, in the Rocky room[1].
* June 3 Wednesday 13:00 UTC - 15:00 UTC * June 4 Thursday 13:00 UTC - 15:00 UTC * June 5 Friday 13:00 UTC - 15:00 UTC
I have synced with Slaweq and we agreed to have the Neutron - Nova cross project discussion on Friday form 13:00 UTC.
If it turns out that we need more time then we can arrange extra slots per topic on the week after.
Cheers, gibi

Hi,
I need to book slots for nova discussions on the official schedule[2] of the virtual PTG[1]. I need two things to do that:
1) What topics we have that needs real-time discussion. Please add those to the etherpad [3] 2) Who wants to join such real-time discussion and what time slots works for you. Please fill the doodle[4]
Based on the current etherpad content we need 2-3 slots for nova discussion and a half slot for cross project (current neutron) discussion.
We refined our schedule during the Nova meeting [5]. Based on that my current plan is to book one 2 hours slot for 3 consecutive days (Wed-Fri) during the PTG week. I talked to Slaweq about a neutron-nova cross project session. We agreed to book a one hour slot for that.
If you haven't filled the doodle[4] then please do so until early next week.
Thanks gibi
Please try to provide your topics and options before the Thursday's nova meeting.
Cheers, gibi
