I have requested access to the Gerrit groups and configured the changes discussed in this mail thread. summary: The stable maint team has been added to the watcher release groups. I have made the core team part of the release team tempest-core has been added to the watcher-tempest-plugin and watcher-core to watcher-specs-core. I'm in favor of adding Sean to the core group. I was out front of this effort to try to fix the tests and get a handle on the current status of the project and was granted core by the TC in order to facilitate that process. Sean has been digging in and doing a bunch of maintenance as part of the process of getting familiar with the code, as well as reviewing/discussing plans for the prometheus data source in the spec. Sean is an experienced core in other projects and I think would be a good level up for watcher-core (et al) to help capitalize on the recent activity.
