Neutron internals are documented in [1] but I don't think there are detailed db schema docs there.

I don't even think it is documented anywhere really.

The best what You can do is probably to check db models in [2] but this may not be all as stadium/3rd party projects (drivers, plugins, etc.) may also add own tables to the Neutron DB.
