I think you'll need to provide a bit more context so that we can assist. - What version of Openstack? - How was it deployed? - Besides that log, anything else? - Can you turn up the debug level for the scheduler and see what it says? We are installing openstack in a new DC and seeing openstack-nova-consoleauth/scheduler failed to start up.
Checking log and found this. Host 10.160.4.5 is not allowed to connect to this MariaDB server.
Three controller nodes are installed with MariaDB/Galera Cluster, none of them with this ip.
