[TripleO] Closed out wallaby milestone in Launchpad and moved bugs to xena-1

Hello, I closed out the wallaby-rc1 milestone in launchpad and moved ongoing bugs over to xena-1 https://launchpad.net/tripleo/+milestone/xena-1 - info on the moved bugs @ [1] Thanks to tosky for pinging on tripleo about this: there were problems a while back with gerrit <--> launchpad integration so there are likely many bugs that should be in fix-released but weren't moved automatically after the related patches merged.
