[neutron] Next Neutron meetings schedule

Hello Neutrinos:

Today we have the Neutron drivers meeting at 1400UTC. This is the agenda: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Meetings/NeutronDrivers. We have one topic: https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/2027742.

Next Tuesday we have cancelled the Neutron team meeting (I'll be on PTO). But remember that the Neutron CI meeting will take place at 1500UTC.
