I recommend at least correcting inaccurate meeting_id entries in the
YAML files here:

If there are meetings you know are not being held, please submit
changes to remove their corresponding YAML files. I'll set myself a
reminder to rerun this query again sometime soon and we can discuss
bulk removing any which are presumed defunct at that time.
