Are you needing to create the Cinder volume with a different AZ to your nodes?

In the Magnum Fedora CoreOS driver, the current behaviour[1] of the Heat template is to specify an `availability_zone` for the Cinder Volume that is the same as the node being created.

Hello guys.

When I create k8s cluster with magnum, I can choose AZ for nodes but if I want to put my cluster to a specified cinder AZ. How can we do it?
