[neutron] Open Infrastructure Summit Shanghai - forum topics ideas

Hi Neutrinos,

We want to collect some ideas about potential topics which can be proposed as sessions on Forum in Shanghai. I created etherpad [1]. If You have any idea for such potential topic, please add it there. If You don’t have any ideas, please also check etherpad - maybe You will be interested in one of topics proposed by others.

We don’t have much time for that as deadline for CFP is 20th of September, so please don’t wait too long with writing there Your ideas :)
