Hi,

Hervé has been working on Oslo for a while now and in that time has
shown tremendous growth in his understanding of Oslo and OpenStack. I
think he would make a good addition to the general Oslo core team.
Existing Oslo team members (+Keystone, Castellan, and anyone else we
co-own libraries with) please respond with +1/-1. If there are no
objections I'll add him to the ACL next week and we can celebrate in
person. :-)
