[ironic] Meetings cancelled Week of Summit and PTG

Greetings fellow engineers and providers of irony... err I mean Ironic community members! We agreed in our weekly meeting this morning that we will cancel our weekly meetings for the next two weeks and resume November due to overlapping schedules and ultimately the pre-existing commitment to meet during the PTG.
