[openstack-ansible] vPTG and Operator hours

Hi folks, I am glad to announce the upcoming vPTG for OpenStack-Ansible team that will happen on Tuesday, October 24 from 14:00 till 17:00 UTC. Our team will also have an operator hours on Monday, October 23 from 17:00 till 18:00 UTC. All virtual events will take place in the Grizzly room [1].
