• Roll call • Follow up on past action items • No action items • Gate health check • OpenStack TC Charter Updates for OIF Foundation Simplification • As discussed in the previous TC+Board syncup, the OpenInfra Foundation bylaws contain a lot of OpenStack specific language. • Kristi, Gmann, and Brian have been meeting with Allison from the board to study the necessary changes to move that language to the charter. • Bylaws changes and what all to go in the TC charter have been shared in an email.
