I'm sure many of you have noticed JayF has been more active on IRC over the past year. Recently he started reviewing and providing feedback on changes in ironic-python-agent as well as some work to add new features and fix some very not fun bugs.
Given that he was ironic-core when he departed the community, I believe it is only fair that we return those rights to him.
Any objections?
