[horizon] Weekly meeting move to #openstack-horizon channel

Hello everyone, As discussed during the last weekly meeting, I have purposed a patch[1] to move our weekly meeting from openstack-meeting-alt to the openstack-horizon channel. So from today onwards, our weekly meeting will be on the #openstack-horizon channel (OFTC n/w). See you at the meeting.
