[nova] heads up about the limitations of the new gerrit

Hi, We have the new shiny gerrit. But please be aware the limitations[1]. I want to highlight one. The launchpad - gerrit integration does not work so the bluperints and bugs are not updated in launchpad based on the changes in gerrit.
