I'd like to propose adding KaiFeng to the ironic-core reviewer group. Previously, we had granted KaiFeng rights on ironic-inspector-core and I personally think they have done a great job there. Kaifeng has also been reviewing other repositories in ironic's scope[1]. Their reviews and feedback have been insightful and meaningful. They have also been very active[2] at reviewing which is an asset for any project.
