no, this was both fixed on the ansible and on the kolla side:

please do install kolla-ansible from git, not from packages published
to pypi, as we do not have enough people to do releases there that
often, so you might miss important bugfixes, which are already on the
stable branches.

so please use the documented installation procedure, e.g.:

pip install
git+https://opendev.org/openstack/kolla-ansible@stable/2023.1
