depending on the out come of that discussion we will either continue with the DPL model or someone will send a nomination for the ptl elections before the deadline which i believe is the 20th
currently we expect to continue the DPL model but i do expect some of the liaison to rotate or change.

to merge and have a followup patch with the new liaisons and reselection of the dpl mode since the
listed liaisons will need to be updated.
